Q. How long do I need to take Alkaline Body Balance™ before I see results?
A. Take Alkaline Body Balance™ until your pH level reaches proper alkaline balance of 7.0 to 7.25. For some people, this can take a few days to a few weeks. For others it can be 90 days or longer. It all depends on your diet, as well as your pH levels before you begin taking Alkaline Body Balance™. Once your body reaches proper balance, use as necessary to maintain a balanced pH level for continued good health.
Q. How do I read the pH test strips?
A. Dip the end of the strip with the two color blocks into your saliva. Match the new color against the color chart (included with the test strips) for the correct reading. The optimum pH range for saliva is 7.0 to 7.25.
Q. What if my pH is higher than normal?
A. If your pH exceeds 7.5 after regular testing, you should discontinue use of Alkaline Body Balance™. Continue to test your pH frequently and use Alkaline Body Balance™ whenever your pH drops below the optimum level of 7.0-7.25.
Q. Can I put the drops in other liquids besides water?
A. Yes! You can safely use Alkaline Body Balance™ in coffee, tea or any liquid you drink to raise the alkalininty. For optimum health, we recommend you drink at least eight, 8-oz. glasses of water daily.
Q. Can I put more than the recommended four drops of Alkaline Body Balance™ in a drink?
A. Yes, you can increase the number of drops until the pH reaches the desired level.
Q. Can I premix the Alkaline Body Balance™ in a quart or gallon sized container to drink throughout the day?
A. Yes! The solution mixes well and pre-mixing is an excellent way to ensure you get the benefits in every glass of water you drink.
Q. Can I add all the drops for one day in one glass of water?
A. You will experience greater benefit if you use the product throughout the day. It's best to take the drops in each glass of water, and drink at least eight, 8-ounce glasses of water per day.

Q. How long will one bottle last?
A. 30 to 45 days depending on usage. We recommend four drops per 8-ounce glass of water. Be sure to drink the suggested eight, 8-ounce glasses of water per day.
