How do I take BioGuard?
Take one melt tab a day. Let the melt tab dissolve in your mouth, and then swallow. For even better results, take it two hours after brushing your teeth and gargling with mouthwash, which is when bacteria is swept out of your mouth. If you are taking an antibiotic, you should wait two hours after taking your antibiotic and then take BioGuard. Do you have to chew BioGuard or can you just swallow it?

Safety of BioGuard with BLIS K12
BLIS K12 found in BioGuard was originally isolated from a healthy child who was tracked for several years and did not develop sore throats. Diabetics can take BioGuard, however, the severity ranges based on the type of diabetes someone has, therefore, our recommendation for diabetics is to discuss BioGuard with their doctor or healthcare provider. Note: there is about 0.28 milligrams of sugar coming from fructose and dextrose per 20 mg of BioGuard (which is one melt tab). Are there any negative side effects?
There are no reported significant reactions with Bioguard. The active ingredient BLIS K12 is a naturally occurring from beneficial bacteria found in a small percentage of the population who have reduced ear, nose and throat irritations as well as less bad breath. Can I take BioGuard with medication?
Yes, there are no known interactions with BioGuard and medications. However, if you are taking antibiotics, you should take BioGuard two hours after ingestion of the antibiotic. (BioGuard is bacteria. albeit good bacteria, and antibiotics don’t discriminate between the bacteria they destroy). Remember; always discuss new supplements and medication with your doctor or healthcare provider to ensure the health product is right for you. Are there any allergens I should be aware of?
BioGuard contains Dextrose, Fructose, Lactitol and natural strawberry flavor. For those people hypersensitive to those ingredients, we recommend that they contact their doctor or healthcare provider before taking BioGuard. Also, may contain be traces of milk protein. What is in BioGuard
