Directions: Apply once or twice a day after a hot shower or bath. Smooth onto skin gently until area is covered with a light coating of cream. Don't rub or massage into skin. Works by taking rich nutrients found in the cream and carries them down into the skin. It removes toxins that have built up on the fat cell. Suggested to use the product in one area at a time until you achieve maximum results and then move on to other areas.
