Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do. If your address is a PO Box within the United States then we will ship your item(s) via US Mail. If your PO Box is outside of the United States then we will ship your order via USPS Express Mail International or FedEx International, at our discretion. We also ship to military addresses such as, FPO's and APO's. Theses ship via US Priority Mail..

Is ordering online secure?
Our Website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Encryption in order to make sure your data is transmitted safely. This means that before your information is sent to us, it is encoded into a special format so that it is near impossible to intercept. At checkout you will  notice our Certificate Seal verifying that our site has been tested and  is secure. You can click on this logo and verify its authenticity.

Will you charge my credit card if my product is not in stock?
If a product is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you via email. We will charge your card once the product is in stock and ready to be shipped.

What countries do you ship to?
We can ship to many countries that FedEx or USPS delivers to. There are some exceptions and you can see these on our "Shipping" Page.

Do you do have any type of Auto Ship Program?
After you have placed your order you will be given an opportunity to have your order shipped to you at a periodic interval of your choosing if you click on the YES button. If you choose the YES option and would like to cancel future shipments we require 5 business days advance notice before your next shipment is due to be shipped. Your cancellation communication must be made by email or person to person contact by phone.

What is your privacy policy?
We do not release your personal information to any third parties. We do not Spam, or send unsolicited bulk email, and your email will never be sold to any party. We believe that customer confidentiality is of utmost importance when doing business anywhere. Rest assured that ALL your information is safe with us.

Which Credit Cards or Debit Cards do you take?
Accepted credit cards are Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We accept both credit and debit cards. At this time we do not accept the European Maestro Card.

How come you don't have any free trials?
99% of all "free trials" are not really "free". If they were free then why do they still ask you for your credit card information? Because after you get the "free sample", they will charge you the full price of the item within 30 days. Then each month they will keep charging your credit card and send you product you probably don't even want. This is how they make money.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We offer Standard, Two Day, and Next Day Shipping. Please see our "Shipping" link on our site for detailed information.

How do I get the discounts you talk about on some of your products?
Simply click the "Order this Product" button to place an item into your shopping cart. Then click the green "+" button to increase the quantity of items in your cart. The new price will reflect your discount. Please be aware that the total price you see on the order confirmation page is what we will charge you for.

How do I track my order?
We will email you every time your order changes status. Most orders go through three phases: new order, card approved, and order shipped. When you first place your order it enters the "new status phase". Assuming your product is in stock, we charge your credit card and move your order to "card approved". Shortly after this phase, your product will be shipped out and you will receive additional information about your shipment.

Are my purchases Taxed?
Certain purchases within NY are subject to tax. You will know if you are being taxed before you check out.

Can I pay without a credit card?
Absolutely. We also accept Checks, and Money Orders in US funds. See our "About Us" Page for our address. Just be sure to include a note explaining what you are ordering.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, but bear in mind you are taking sole responsibility for the order once it leaves our country. Please see the Shipping Section (Non US) on the Home page.

Do I have to order online?
No, you can also place your order on the phone or through the mail. See our "About Us" Section for more information.

How can I get a hold of you?

What kind of invoice will I receive?
The only invoice/receipt you will receive is the one you receive on the final page confirming your order. You should print this invoice for your records. You will also receive a copy of this receipt in your email.

If I order more than one of an item that offers a free gift do I also get more than one free gift?
No, Free Gifts are limited to one per order.

The "free gifts" you advertise with orders, do they come with orders placed on the phone?
On a few products we advertise an additional item or free gift that is included with each order of the advertised product. If you wish to receive the free gift when making an order over the phone you must mention this to the operator. The same holds true with money order or check orders. All orders placed online will automatically receive the free gift.
