Once we receive your item you will be refunded the total amount you paid for the item(s), minus shipping and handling, a 15% restocking fee and a $7.75 handling amount before a credit is applied. The packaging material charge is non-refundable.

In order to receive a refund please contact us via our toll free number listed on the Contact page. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. You must include a copy of your original invoice (you received this when you submitted your order) when returning your product. Do not simply refuse the package on delivery and assume the product will be returned to us. We will not issue refunds for refused delivery or address problems.

We make no personal claims or guarantees on any of the products we carry and do not endorse nor refute any claims made by the manufacturer of the products. All the information we provide is derived from the manufacturer of the product. Individual results of products may vary.

Occasionally, we may make a mistake with an order. If there is a problem with your order (i.e. wrong product, not enough of a certain product, etc) then you must contact us as soon as you receive your package. Once 48 hours has elapsed from the time you received your order, it is assumed that your order is complete and that your satisfaction has been met.
