United States Orders:

If you would like to return product(s) you may do so less a 15% restocking fee, shipping/handling, and a $7.95 processing amount if all conditions below have been met.

1.) The product(s) are unopened, unused and in resalable condition.

2.) Within 7 business days of when you received the product(s) you call and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization number).

3.) We receive the product(s) at our address on the CONTACT page with the RMA number placed on the outside of the returned package.

4.) You are responsible for any costs to ship the items to us.

5.) Include a copy of your invoice when returning your product(s). (You received this by email and/or had the opportunity to print it when you submitted your order.)


Refunds may take up to ten business days from the time we receive the merchandise back.

Note: If there is a problem with your order (i.e. wrong product, not enough of a certain product, etc) then you must contact us as soon as you receive your package. Once 48 hours has elapsed from the time you received your order, you agree that your order is complete and that your satisfaction has been met. We will not issue refunds for refused delivery or address problems.

International Orders:

There are No refunds on International Orders. All International Sales are Final. Please see our Shipping page for information regarding international shipments.
