Our goal at Quick2You is to get you the product as soon as possible. Forget those fly-by-night online stores who take your money, and then you never hear anything about your order until it shows up on your front door. In rare circumstances, the product you order might be on back order. In that case, we will notify you via email of this situation and you'll have the opportunity to cancel your order. And we do not charge your credit card unless your product is in stock and ready to be shipped. All products are discreetly packaged so that the contents of the package are not revealed. The name that will appear on your credit card statement is "Quick2You".
On all orders there is small charge of .99 (cents) for packaging materials. These may include, for example, boxes, padded envelopes, sealing tape, foam packing, bubble wrap or any other items and/or the aquisition of such items. You are able to review this charge before you submit your order.
U.S. Customers and Shipments
When your order ships, you'll know about it as soon as it happens, no guessing games here. Regardless of where you're located in the United States, you'll have your product in 2-3 business days, on average, once it ships. We offer Standard, Two Day, and Next Day shipping. Standard Shipping is usually done via USPS Mail. Two Day and Next Day Shipping is done via FedEx; who would like your phone number so you can be reached by them if necessary. Please enter it at time of checkout.
Please note that although we do our best to get out orders as soon as they come in, there may be instances in which a delay occurs. If you choose Two Day or Next Day shipping, this does not always mean you will receive your product in one or two business days. This simply means that when your order does ship, the transit time is one or two business days. All Next Day and Two Day orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. There is no delivery on Holidays or Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
If you are shipping to a location that is different from your billing address then we will not ship replacement goods in the event the initial shipment is not received.
If after 10 business days you have not received your package you have one week to contact us, although you agree that delivery confirmation by United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS will suffice as proof that you have received the item(s) ordered and that Quick2You is not responsible.
Non US Customers - International Orders
Most orders going outside the US are shipped via FedEx International, but some are shipped USPS Express Mail. If you have a preference then just let us know in the comments field when you checkout. FedEx and USPS requires your phone number so you can be reached by them if necessary. Also, please include an email address if you have one. Please enter it at time of checkout.
Canadian Residents can expect their order in 3-4 business days while other countries should allow 5-7 business days. Shipping Fees vary depending on the Shipping Destination Country as well as the Weight of the Package. The Final Shipping and Handling Fees will be displayed on the final page of checkout. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees after the placement of your order.
Free shipping & Free gift offers apply to US orders only. You are responsible for knowing the laws and customs procedures of your country for a particular product. Please note that you may be charged duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. You are entirely responsible, and agree to pay all duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. There is no way for us to know the exact amount. If you refuse payment of any fees, you agree that we may process and charge the credit card used for your purchase for any fees billed to our company. You take full responsibility for your package once it comes into your country. We are not liable for items lost/stolen/seized by customs or not allowed into your country. If your package is refused in any way you are not entitled to a refund. There are no refunds for any reason on orders shipped outside of the United States.
We DO NOT ship to the following countries: Entire Continent of South America, Ghana, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cuba, Greece, Germany. If you have questions about our international policies you must call or email prior to ordering.
